Q. How do I check in?

A. You can check in and out with a tablet. After making a reservation, we will send you a pre-entry form. A check-in code will be issued upon completion of the pre-entry.

 

Q. Can I cook simple meals in the kitchen?

A. Yes, it is possible. We have an electric stove, frying pan, cooking pot, kettle, kitchen knife, tongs, frying pan holder, refrigerator, microwave warmer only, plates, glasses, coffee cups, and cutting boards. （We do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons.) 

 

Q. What is the maximum number of guests?

A. Five adults. (Pajamas are provided for ages 13 and older.)

Q. Is there a TV available?

A. We do not have a television set. We are equipped with a pop-in Aladdin projector.

 

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out time is 10:00 the following day.

 

Q. How many beddings do you have?

A. One semi-double mattress (for 2 persons), one double mattress (for 2 persons), and one single mattress (for 1 person).

A simple futon set is provided.

 

Q. What amenities are provided?

A. Toothbrushes, cotton swabs, body sponges, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

 

Q. Do you have a hair dryer?

A. Yes, we have a hair dryer and hair iron.

 

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

A. Yes, we do. The hotel's private parking lot is 500 yen per car, and advance reservation is required.
